Shipping Policy

At SH Silver Collection, we value the safety of our products. Hence, each of our items are carefully packaged in a gift box and a sealed bag to ensure they get to you in the best condition. 

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-2 days. 

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping within the UAE is only 20 AED. Shipping is FREE on orders above AED 250.
• International shipping rates are AED 25. 

NOTE: Import duties to be will be the customer's responsibility. 

Delivery Timings:

• Delivery takes up to 2-3 business days.
• Customized products may take up to 10 business days. 
• International delivery is normally 1 – 2 weeks depending on the courier.

NOTE: Delays may occur due to COVID-19. 

Disclaimer:

We have chosen the best courier but you may expect delays due to conditions that are out of our control: weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.

 

Payment Methods:

We accept payment via Visa and/or Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Cash on delivery (COD) service is available ONLY for orders within UAE. 

Prices for all our items are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
